Do I need an AI key?
On Free and Plus, Compass runs on your own key. Google's Gemini key is free and takes about a minute to create; setup walks you through it. Pro will include AI, so there's nothing to set up.
Will Compass apply to jobs for me?
No. It finds roles, prepares materials, and fills in the application. You review everything and submit it yourself.
Which job sites does it search?
Remote job boards, 28 company career sites out of the box, and any company you add that hires through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Workday and many more. With a JSearch key, it also covers listings from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
Where does my data go?
It's stored in your account and only you can read it. When you use an AI feature, the relevant text goes to the AI provider you chose. We never sell it or use it for ads. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is it only for senior roles?
